I placed an order July 3rd which was supposed to be delivered by the 12th and didn't find out that my order was "damaged en route to the shipping carrier" until I tracked my package through the shipping carrier. I had contacted fashion nova directly and they basically told me they can't do anything until they receive the package back and then it would take 5-7 business days to credit my account. It is now September 14th and my account has not been credited and they rejected the dispute I tried to file with my credit card company on August 23rd.
